Peter moved to Austin in the fall of 2011 with his wife Shannon and daughter Lucy to serve at Christ Church, another Anglican church in Austin. Originally from Vancouver, Peter completed theological studies at Regent College and communication studies at Simon Fraser University. Peter and Shannon were married in 2004 and spent their first two years of marriage living in Hiroshima, Japan, and they are excited to be continuing the adventure in Austin. Lucy was born early in 2011 and the newest addition to the Coelho family, Emmett, was born in 2013. After serving for three and half years at Christ Church Austin, Peter and his wife, Shannon, discerned a call to plant a new Anglican church in Northeast Austin.

Andrew and his wife Stephani met on a bus traveling into Paris, France in 2005. At that time Andrew lived in Illinois and Stephani in Arkansas. They graduated from college, married, and moved to China in 2008. After living overseas for two years and welcoming their first child, Noah, they moved to California where Andrew completed two Master's degrees from Talbot School of Theology. With each degree came a daughter, Sophia and Amalia. The del Rios moved to Austin in 2015 for Andrew to attend the University of Texas where he is studying for a PhD in philosophy. Their newest family member, Ellis, was born here in Austin. Andrew has been directing music at Church of the Cross since April 2017.
In addition to handling the finances at COTC, Keri is a communications and grant writing consultant for non-profits and public education groups. She received her BBA from the University of Texas at Austin in 2001. After graduating, she spent a year as an AmeriCorps VISTA. This experience profoundly shaped her career path and she has since made it her personal mission to work with organizations that serve marginalized populations. After AmeriCorps, she worked in child welfare for a number of years as a CPS conservatorship caseworker, case manager for a child placing agency, and in outreach and recruitment with Texas CASA. She then spent several years working in education policy while earning her Master's in Public Affairs from UT's LBJ school. Keri and her husband Rob have been married since 2006 and they have two spirited children-- Corban and Elliott.

Paul and his wife Lisa were both raised in Austin, Texas but didn’t start dating until they were on the other side of the world in Asia serving on a church planting team together. They were married in 2003 and lived the first 10 years of their marriage among a Muslim community in Central Asia. They have three children (Ava, Layla, and Henri) and one on the way. In 2012 the family moved back to Austin where they are better able to help Layla and Henri get the therapy they need due to genetic disabilities. Paul completed a Master's in Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary in 2001 and has been a part of the Anglican Church since 2014.
Mike & Carol grew up in the northeast of England and have been married for almost 40 years, having met and started dating in grammar school. They have three grown up children and five grandchildren. Mike had a career in the computer industry as a systems development manager before going to Trinity College, Bristol for theological training. He was ordained in the Church of England serving in a church in Derby for a little over 6 years and at the end of 1999 they moved as a family to Little Rock, AR. There Mike was associate rector of a church that was a part of the newly formed Anglican Mission in America. They moved to Austin in mid-2001 to lead a new Anglican church-plant. Since the children grew and left home, they have increasingly ministered together as licensed relational trainers/coaches, workplace chaplains and spiritual directors/mentors. They love to work with individuals, couples and teams in various settings – workplace, church, home – to help people grow and become more of all that God wants for them. Carol is also a home-decorator and stager and loves all things creative and colorful!
