We seek someone who is exploring vocational ministry and interested in gaining parish ministry experience. This position brings valuable bandwidth to execute on existing Church of the Cross ministries, as well as provides necessary experiences and coaching for the intern to begin discerning a call to parish ministry.
A successful Ministry Intern will be a disciple of Jesus who loves and obeys God, loves the Church, and longs for more people to know Christ. This person could be described as a go-getter, learner, warm, and relationally mature, and is already engaged in spiritual practices that nurture their life in Christ.
