To request the use of a space at COTC, please see the steps below. Please note that while we love to offer our space for smaller gatherings, meetings, etc. we are not an event space and we do not have a staff person to manage events, so what we are able to offer at this time is limited.

We will reply back with any questions that we have within 7 business days.
Once it has been confirmed that we can meet the needs of your event, you will receive a calendar invite for the space on the date/time requested. This calendar invite will be your confirmation.
For non-COTC staff/parishioners, we will send a building use contract within 3 weeks of the event, as well as the checklist for closing the building. This is also posted on the wall near the main doors in the lobby.
